Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma’s popular talk show, The Great Indian Kapil Show, has returned for a second season on Netflix.

According to Netflix’s What We Watched the First Half of 2024 report, the maiden season garnered 4.6 million views, and managed to find a place in the top 10 per cent of Netflix’s series titles.

The first episode of the new second season saw celebrity guests Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Vasan Bala and Vedang Raina promoting their upcoming film Jigra.
